CRM Specialist

almentor is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, proficiency in customer segmentation and journey mapping, and strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Requirements

• Design and manage CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) using Braze
• Segment user base and personalize communications to match customer journey stages
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and customer support teams to align CRM activities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain and improve customer data
• Develop and implement A/B testing plans for campaign optimization
• Report regularly on CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention
• Assist in loyalty and re-engagement strategies for different user segments
