Job Description
ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support sales and operational goals in a customer-focused environment. The role involves driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will embody ALO's guiding principles and be comfortable with movement within a dynamic retail space.
Requirements
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
