Store Manager

The Store Manager is a key business owner responsible for leading, managing, and developing all aspects of their store's operations. They are accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals, maintaining a positive work environment, and developing strong Sales, Operations, and Visual teams. The role involves business leadership, people leadership, operations leadership, and creating a flow experience that aligns with Alo's mission.

Requirements

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Aligns with and embodies Alo’s guiding principles
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
