Store Manager - The Shops at Sportman's Lodge

Alo is seeking a Store Manager to lead, manage, and develop the store's business operations, create a positive work environment, and align with company mission. The Store Manager will be responsible for sales, operations, visual standards, team management, and maintaining a high-performance atmosphere. They will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding store goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Consistent work during Blackout period, including peak and weekend days
