Store Manager - Southgate Centre

ALO is seeking a Store Manager for its Edmonton location. The Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing all aspects of the store’s business, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a positive work environment. This role requires business acumen, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to operations and visual standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, crawl and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
