Job Description
ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to manage visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager, contributing to sales and profitability through creating appealing and effective store displays. The role involves strategic product presentation, effective sales floor recovery, and efficient supply management, working directly with Operations & Visual Managers to align with company objectives and operational needs.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment
