Admin Section Manager

Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, housekeeping, transport coordination, and administrative-material purchasing. Supervise external service providers and vendors for administrative functions, and monitor canteen and food-service operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Law, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative management within a large-scale manufacturing enterprise.
• Strong command of Chinese in all four skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing (equivalent to HSK Level 5 or above).
• Proven capabilities in cross-functional collaboration, vendor and supplier oversight, and operational cost management.
