Job Description
Regional Aftersales Manager/Director responsible for overseeing after-sales service operations, ensuring high service efficiency, quality standards, and customer experience. Partners with senior management to support risk assessments and develop audit and compliance plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least four years of practical experience in after-sales service operations, warranty management, or repair activities within the automotive or mechanical sectors
- Prior exposure to working with dealer networks or service partners is considered a strong advantage
