Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to own our social presence and online communities, and drive measurable results across engagement, brand awareness, and customer advocacy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or similar roles, preferably within B2B SaaS startups.
- Strong understanding of major social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit Instagram, and niche communities) and online communities.
- Proven success in growing and managing online communities and social audiences across multiple platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with tight deadlines.
