Email Designer

Alpha Lion is seeking an Email Designer to create visually compelling, high-converting email experiences that captivate, engage, and drive customer action. The successful candidate will enhance the performance and impact of Alpha Lion’s email marketing campaigns through design excellence, mobile-first optimization, and data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email design (preferably in-house, not agency-based)
• Expertise in Klaviyo
• Strong skills in Figma for design preview, collaboration, and feedback
• Proven ability to design and produce high-volume, high-quality email campaigns in e-commerce
• Deep understanding of direct-response design, UX for email, and conversion optimization
• Education in Graphic Design or a related creative field
• Experience with A/B testing, responsive design, and QA for cross-device rendering
