Hardware Technical Program Manager, Battery

ALSO is an electric mobility company looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive battery modules end to end from concept/proto development phase through mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or a related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, engineering or similar cross-functional role
• Worked in battery hardware product development, especially through EVT, DVT, PVT phases of manufacturing ramp.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and provide decision framework for continuing development.
• Clear communicator - able to hold conversations with engineering and supply chain.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
