Market Manager, Bay Area

We're looking for a highly entrepreneurial Market Manager to launch our brand and build our business from the ground up in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a field-based, high-impact role responsible for sales targets, building teams, driving localized marketing, and setting the foundation for ALSO's success in the city.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, retail management or a related role with a track record of growth and P&L accountability
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
• Strong sense of the cultural pulse of San Francisco
• Demonstrated experience in using experiential marketing and community engagement to drive business results
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for small EVs, cycling, or high-growth consumer technology brands is a strong plus
