Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience or understanding of team management and industrial production processes
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality requirements in a production environment
• Familiarity with principles of continuous improvement and project management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems proactively
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
