Requirements

• Engineering degree in a technical field (mechanical and/or electrical/electronic)
• Experience or understanding of construction management
• Proven ability to unite teams around a common goal
• Leadership, autonomy, reactivity, and solid interpersonal skills
• First experience in team management or leadership
