Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical...) or equivalent for Engineers; Associate degree for Technicians
• Experience or understanding of quality tools like Problem Solving and Lean Six Sigma
• Knowledge of industrial processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI)
• Familiarity with reading drawings/specifications and using test equipment
• Special Process Qualification at Level 2 (minimum)
• Ability to manage quality tools and digital systems
• Experience in project management or audits is a plus
• Fluency in English and an international mindset (for PIQ Manager/Leader roles)
