Onboard Installation Piping / Pneumatic Technician

We're looking for a Full-Time Onboard Piping / Pneumatic Technician in Whitby, ON to join our team. You'll work on installing, wiring, testing, and resolving electrical faults in high and low-voltage systems, contributing to the transformation of the GTHA transit system.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• Experience in railway, transit, or heavy vehicle mechanical systems
• Familiarity with mechanical standards such as AAR, EN12663, and IEC 61373
• Experience with fitment of pneumatic systems, brake valves, pressure switches and various type of pipes (pneumatic brake & cable protection)
• Understanding of railway maintenance facilities, rolling stock assembly, or similar industrial settings
