Requirement Management Engineer

At Alstom, we're looking for a Requirements Management Engineer to join our team in La Rochelle, FR. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivered product meets contractual and stakeholder requirements, while managing configuration items and maintaining the integrity of the "As Sold" baseline.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in engineering
• Practical experience working on projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
• Experience utilizing database solutions for requirements management (e.g., DOORS)
• Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge
• Technical writing, requirement elicitation, and formalization skills
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Experience working in teams across multiple sites and cultures
