Job Description
Join Alstom as a Requirements Management Engineer (RME) and be responsible for managing requirements across various projects and teams. The role involves implementing global processes, managing requirements databases, and providing support to engineers and project teams.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or in Rail industry or similar
- First experience in engineering
- Practical experience of working on projects at various stages in a project lifecycle
- Good communication skills in English and other required language(s) according to the job location
- Experience on major rail projects
- Working in teams across multiple sites and cultures
- Experience utilizing database solutions for requirements management (e.g. DOORS)
- Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge
- Technical writing, requirement elicitation and formalization
