We are seeking a Mechanical Lead Engineer to join our team in Saint-Ouen, France. The successful candidate will work on delivering high-quality mechanical solutions for rolling stock projects and tenders, and will be responsible for defining robust mechanical designs, leading mechanical deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Propose design concepts conforming to Business Rules and standardization standards
• Define detailed designs meeting weight, cost, and performance requirements
• Support manufacturing and maintenance teams during production ramp-up
• Resolve specific mechanical issues on projects and define mitigation plans
• Coordinate mechanical contributors on projects
• Collaborate with the Mechanical EDU Manager to drive continuous improvement and capture experience feedback
