Alstom is looking for a Head of Train Architecture to join their team. The role involves leading the development of train mechanical architecture activities, reviewing and validating design team activities, and ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, ideally applied to railway products
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in mechanical design and system integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with external stakeholders
• Proven time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Customer and product orientation, with a strong sense of responsibility and priorities
• Knowledge of technical standards and design processes in the railway sector
• Bilingual in French and English, with knowledge of another language an asset
