Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the electrical field, preferably in the rail industry
• At least 5 years of team management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-oriented and strong management skills
• Person structured, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
• Bilingual French & English
• Familiarity with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) principles
