Requirements
- Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, or equivalent)
- Experience or understanding of railway systems or another complex industrial domain
- Knowledge of validation and certification processes
- Familiarity with project management and planning concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead colleagues
