Train Performance Manager (H/F)

Join Alstom as a full-time Train Performance Manager in Valenciennes, France. Manage train performance requirements, allocate them to subsystems, and validate and certify trains. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and certification teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent discipline
• Experience or understanding of system engineering principles, validation, reliability, life cycle cost (LCC), and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of requirement management tools such as DOORS, EDR, or Stage Tool
• Familiarity with project management and multi-site coordination
• Excellent communication and transversal leadership skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Technical curiosity and flexibility to switch between systems (e.g., Powertrain, EFD, etc.)
