Job Description
We at Alstom are looking for a Senior Indirect Buyer to join our team in Bautzen, Germany. As a Senior Indirect Buyer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the complete supplier selection process, developing procurement strategies, and managing suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-year university education, several years of experience in procurement, and fluent German and English knowledge.
Requirements
- Min. 4-year university education from the field of (business) engineering or business administration
- Several years of specific work experience in procurement for a globally active company, preferably in indirect procurement, alternatively project procurement or commodity management
- Fluent German and English knowledge, min. B2 level
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP / Ariba
