Train Architecture Manager

At Alstom, we're looking for a Train Architecture Manager to lead the development of the train's mechanical architecture, considering key parameters such as weight, gauge & kinematics, passenger capacity, accessibility, installation strategy, acoustics, eco-design, ergonomics, and aeraulics. The role involves reviewing and validating Train Design team activities, ensuring quality and performance of deliverables, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on railway applications
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with external customers
• Effective time management and reporting capabilities
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Customer- and product-focused mindset
• Structured, organized, and hands-on approach
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
