Train Performance Manager

As a Train Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the train, developing technical and transversal requirements, and ensuring their integration to different subsystems. You will work on large-scale projects, implement verification strategies, and collaborate with engineering and certification teams. This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or any other field deemed relevant
• Proven experience in team management and project management
• Strong communication skills (French and English)
• Mastery of IT/office tools (Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, SAP ERP)
• Member of the OIQ (bonus)
