Sales Executive-Dairy Business Manager

Alta Genetics is seeking a passionate and successful consultative sales professional to join their expanding sales team in the Central California (Chowchilla to Bakersfield) market. This role focuses on delivering value-added genetic solutions and programs to large dairy herds, building customer relationships, and supporting herd management software. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sales, relationship building, and dairy industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Promote and sell Alta's genetics, related products and services
• Evaluate and assess customer accounts and product offerings
• Increase Alta's market share through existing customer base and core business
• Prospect, develop, and manage new business
• Promote Alta products and services at local and regional dairy events
• Review monthly sales reports
• Manage expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable
• Continuously advance your skills through internal Alta trainings
• Considerable (local) travel
