Job Description
Alta Genetics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their Southwest region team. This role focuses on driving regional growth through identifying key customer segments and delivering exceptional customer service. The manager will be responsible for team recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred
- Sound agricultural background/dairy industry experience
- Proven track record of success in a target driven sales environment
- Excitement for a Player/Coach role
- Ability to travel approximately 50% within the region
