Requirements
- 7+ years experience in software engineering and system architecture, ideally in AI, data, or intelligent systems.
- Proven ability to code, design, and deliver production systems, not just manage them.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to executives, clients, and partners.
- A track record of hands-on innovation, experimentation, and learning in emerging technology domains.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, or human-in-the-loop architectures.
