Job Description
Workana is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge agentic orchestration systems. This role involves two key initiatives: transforming the company’s existing AI-driven report generation framework into a scalable SaaS product and building a new AI agent workflow to automate deposition preparation. The role involves collaboration, autonomous execution, and potential mentorship of junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of AI/ML/agent-based systems experience
- Proven experience with agentic orchestration and MCP
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Experience with API integrations and data pipelines
- Understanding of SaaS product architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability
