We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can connect the dots, handle complex matters, and respond to customer inquiries with urgency. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, sister offices, and other departments, handling emails and phone calls, and providing substantive solutions to customers.

• Language proficiency in English, Dutch, and French

• Higher professional education (HBO) degree
• Tech-savviness with Microsoft 365/Office (O365) and ability to learn new tools
