We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide substantive solutions. The role involves communicating with clients, sister offices, and departments via email and phone, and logging communications in Salesforce.

• Communicate clearly and convincingly in English, Dutch, and French
• Solution-oriented approach
• Ability to understand complexity and identify distinguishing elements
• Empathetic and stress-resistant
• Higher professional education (HBO) degree
• Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft 365/Office (O365)
