As a Team Lead, you are the technical reference for your categories, responsible for transposing this expertise online to offer advice as authentic as that found in-store. You will support your team to guarantee an experience that meets the standards of the most demanding enthusiasts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or a similar position
• Degree in marketing, e-commerce, communications, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Deep technical expertise in outdoor equipment paired with a personal passion for using these products in the field
• Mastery of e-commerce mechanics (PIM, SEO, conversion) and the ability to transform performance data into concrete action plans
