Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or in a fast-paced work environment
• 1 year minimum of experience leading or managing operational teams (preferred)
• College diploma or relevant work experience in logistics or operations
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
