Accounting Intern

Amacon is looking for an energetic team player with a strong work ethic and who is proactive to take on the role as our Accounting Intern for a short-term contract.

Requirements

• Data entry into our accounting software (Yardi)
• Filing invoices
• Scanning documents
• Accounts payable
• Bank deposits
• Download bank statements from various institutions we hold accounts in
• Create legal documents from templates
• Prepare simple year end working papers to analyze corporate results, and prepare financial statements using a template
• Create and analyze simple journal entries to post into accounting software
• Other ad hoc duties as required
