Property Accountant

The Property Accountant will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of property management accounting, including reviewing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and providing timely and accurate accounting information to the property management team.

Requirements

• Degree with a focus on accounting an asset
• 3 - 5 years in a Property Accountant role
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Internal control oriented
• Willing to take on new tasks and projects with a team based focus
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
