The Loden Hotel is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant to provide exceptional service to guests, engage in hospitality, and represent the hotel's luxury brand.
Requirements
- Previous service excellence in a guest services and/or reservations-related capacity within a luxury hotel environment
- Highly knowledgeable on all that Vancouver & the surrounding areas have to offer
- Ability to converse in a minimum of two languages
- Valid driver's license
