Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Collection Strategy, Operation, Portfolio Risk of Lending product in financial industry
• 3+ years' experience in leadership role
• Strong analytical and having capability of strategic thinking
• Proficient in SQL, data analytics, data visualization
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Strong stakeholder management
