Head of Talent Strategy and Performance Management

The Head of Talent Strategy and Performance Management is responsible for implementing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree, MBA, or certifications in HR/Talent is a plus
• Minimal 10+ years of progressive HR/talent experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior or strategic leadership role
• Proven success in leading talent management or organizational development at scale
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments (e.g., tech, FMCG, financial services)
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
• Analytical mindset and comfort with talent analytics, skills gap analysis, and organizational design
• Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders across regions and functions
• Team leadership and capability to manage cross-functional initiatives
