Assistant Housekeeping Manager

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining 4-diamond cleaning standards in a resort ranch environment, assisting with inspections, guest requests, laundry operations, inventory, and coordination with other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to follow direction and execute plans that align with departmental goals and objectives
• Strong organizational skills required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least a High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Must be able to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods of time
• Must be able to carry, use hands, eyes, arms, and voice
• Safely and effectively use cleaning supplies and agents
• Safe and effective use of all housekeeping equipment
• Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Includes periodic long and after-hours work
• Expect to walk up to 6 miles per day
