Housekeeping Manager

The Mountain Sky Guest Ranch housekeeping department is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to uphold 4-diamond cleaning standards in a resort ranch environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, managing, and working alongside Guest Services staff, ensuring guest needs are met, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Independently set a course or direction
• Extreme organizational skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods
• Ability to carry, use hands, eyes, arms, and voice
• Ability to safely and effectively use cleaning supplies and agents
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
