Lead Operator (Hydrogen & Air Separation)

The Lead Operator position acts as the second person in authority for his/her team, ensuring daily activities are carried out to meet production targets, reporting any deviations or threats, and leading the team to achieve safety, production, and product quality targets.

Requirements

• Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and developing personnel
• Ability to plan and organize daily tasks, utilize time and manpower productively
• Prioritize activities and deal with changing priorities
• Safety oriented, carry out safety policy and procedures
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluency in French and Malagasy, English is a definite asset
• Good communication skills in oral and written forms
