Job Description
Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and scale systems that power their AI platform for documentation, coding, and clinical workflow. The role will be focused on ensuring predictability, clarity, and transparency across the product development lifecycle, including launch of the AI Lab and Customer Early Access Program. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position in a hybrid, office-3x-wk schedule.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management
- Experience building operational systems
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, running early access programs, or innovation labs
- Experience in mid-sized, high-growth B2B startups (Bonus)
