Job Description
Anthropic is seeking Product Operations Managers to work directly with Product and Engineering teams to build and improve bleeding-edge AI systems. The role focuses on streamlining workflows, scaling product impact, and fostering operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, passionate about scalable systems, and adept at balancing tactical execution with strategic initiative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related operational roles in tech companies.
- Track record of building processes and programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them thoughtfully.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with launch coordination, early access programs, or customer feedback loops.
