Talent Sourcer

Build a safer world with Ambient.ai, a unified, AI-powered physical security platform. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us build world-class teams across both technical and commercial functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, product management) as well as commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and CRM best practices
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and adaptable
• Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment
• A passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and contributing to a talent-first culture
