Accounting Operations Specialist

We are a vertically integrated investment manager specializing in industrial, logistics and e-commerce real estate. We are looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist to support our Accounting department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, plus two or more years of accounting experience in a commercial real estate, real estate development or construction field
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable, general ledger processes and construction or property-level accounting
• Experience with Yardi is highly desired
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office (share point, teams, etc.)
• Intellectual curiosity for IT systems maximization and to desire to identify efficiencies for process improvements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
