Capital Markets Analyst

We are actively looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join our team at Ambrose, a vertically-integrated investment manager specializing in Class A industrial, logistics and e-commerce real estate. The successful candidate will support our investor relations, fund management, and capital markets functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate
• Internship experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity
• Proven experience supporting complex and time-sensitive projects
• Strong analytical background, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with underwriting
• High attention to detail with an appreciation for maintaining data quality and integrity
• Familiarity with Juniper Square, DealPath, and fund administration systems is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare polished materials for lenders and investors
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
