Director of Debt Capital Markets

The Director of Debt Capital Markets will be responsible for sourcing new loans, overseeing refinancings, managing lender relationships and reporting, coordinating all aspects of the loan closing process, securing and administering interest-rate derivatives, administering lines of credit, and partnering with external capital markets advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.
• Seven plus years of investment banking, commercial real estate lending or capital markets experience.
• Deep, proven experience in asset-level real estate lending.
• Proven experience working on complex or time-sensitive situations.
• Must have a strong analytical background, strong Excel skills and expertise with underwriting and managing others.
• Must have a high attention to detail and understand the importance of maintaining data quality.
• Possesses strong time management, client relationships, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Must exhibit a great deal of flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
