Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

Amcor is seeking a motivated Automation Engineer to join their Operations/Production/Manufacturing Engineering Team. The role involves developing and maintaining automated production plants, analyzing electrical disturbances, programing and integrating SPS control systems, and carrying out electrical installations and testing. The successful candidate will contribute to innovation and sustainability within the packaging industry.

Requirements

• Completed HF/FH degree in System Technology, Electrical Engineering or Automation
• Several years of experience in maintenance, automation or commissioning of complex production plants
• Solid knowledge of SPS technology (Siemens S7, TIA), process control, safety, and system technology
• Strong analytical thinking, quality awareness and design skills
• Teamwork, initiative, and good German language skills
