Requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy factory automation and digitization projects at the Sherman Campus.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems, workflows, and processes.
- Design, write, test, and deploy robust automation programs (MES, QMS, BPM, etc.).
- Educate and train plant staff on Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Drive a strong safety culture and innovation.
